Job Description

Merit Medical seeks a Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain to lead enterprise-wide supply chain operations across a complex, multi-site manufacturing and distribution network. The role encompasses integrated business planning, demand and supply forecasting, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain analytics, with accountability for global strategy execution, organizational leadership, and measurable performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and financial targets
• Lead global multi-site teams and standardize policies, processes, systems, and performance management
• Establish and manage integrated business planning and sales and operations execution governance
• Own global inventory strategy, controls, and performance across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
• Provide strategic direction for procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 15 years progressive supply chain experience in complex global manufacturing
• Minimum 10 years executive leadership of multi-site and international teams
• Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, MRP/MRPII, and inventory optimization
• Proven track record improving customer service, working capital, and organizational effectiveness
• Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation and technology initiatives
• Knowledge of integrated business planning, sales and operations execution, and supply chain risk management
