Requirements - 1–2 years of experience working in a digital agency, performance marketing, or comparable digital marketing environment. - Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar channels. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides. - Genuine enthusiasm for learning, professional development, digital marketing, and performance-driven environments. - Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remote setting. - Exposure to Google Analytics, HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar marketing and project-management platforms is an advantage.
