Service Valet Driver

Roper Kia | Full-Time

About the Role

Roper Kia is looking for a dependable Service Valet Driver to be the link between our customers and our service department. You’ll pick up customer vehicles, bring them to our service department, and return them when the work is complete. You’ll often be the first and last face of Roper Kia a customer sees, so professionalism and care matter.

Responsibilities

• Pick up customer vehicles at their home, workplace, or other agreed location
• Drive vehicles safely and lawfully to and from the dealership
• Return serviced vehicles to customers on schedule
• Inspect vehicles at pickup and delivery, and document existing condition
• Communicate courteously with customers and with service department staff
• Complete pickup and delivery paperwork accurately
• Treat every customer vehicle with the same care you would your own

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Personal auto insurance
• Safe and lawful driving is a requirement of this position. A clean, responsible driving record is essential
• A strong commitment to driving vehicles consistently throughout your shift
• Ability to follow a schedule and meet pickup and delivery windows
• Friendly, professional demeanor with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, delivery, or dealership work
• Familiarity with the local area

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving

Employment Conditions

Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) check and, where applicable, a background check and pre-employment screening.
