Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build platform components including practice profile services, engagement scoring pipelines, recommendation APIs, and personalization infrastructure.
• Ship end-to-end product features from database schema through APIs and front-end experiences.
• Integrate ML model outputs, build data pipelines, call model endpoints, and instrument feedback loops.
• Write production-ready code with strong testing, observability, and error handling.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Improve engineering practices through testing, monitoring, documentation, and related workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Full-stack capabilities across backend services, APIs, and front-end development.
• Experience building data pipelines or ETL systems that aggregate, transform, or serve data.
• Ability to integrate ML outputs, call model APIs, handle predictions, and log outcomes.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, system design, and debugging.
• Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows.
• Good judgment regarding engineering tradeoffs and a strong sense of ownership.
