Job Description

PathAI seeks a Senior Program Manager to support product development initiatives within the Program Management Office. The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering key results while maintaining budgets, timelines, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex product development programs
• Create project plans, facilitate team meetings, and report status to internal stakeholders
• Resolve issues by coordinating relevant parties, driving decisions, and documenting outcomes comprehensively
• Independently manage multiple medium-to-large projects with accountability for budgets, timelines, and reporting
• Identify and recommend process improvements focused on organizational efficiency and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, business, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in project management fundamentals: risk tracking, budgeting, scheduling, software tools
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives from planning through delivery
• Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships and foster team dynamics
• 3+ years of industry project management experience (preferred)
• Background in life sciences, software, medical device, or product development (preferred)

Compensation: $116,250 - $178,250 base
