Job Title: Archer Admin

Location: Remote (PST Hours)

Duration: 6 12 Months

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Archer Administrator to support Enterprise Regulatory Change Management (ERCM) initiatives using Archer Evolv.
• The ideal candidate will have strong business and process analysis skills, experience with workflow configuration, and an understanding of system integrations and end-to-end platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & Process Analysis: Collaborate with ERCM business teams to gather requirements, map current-state and future-state processes, and identify gaps and pain points.
• Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, development-ready system requirements, including Archer Evolv workflow configuration.
• Solution Delivery & Integration: Understand system integrations, data flows, and common integration patterns to support solution delivery.
• Archer Evolv Administration: Support the onboarding of new functional areas onto the Archer Evolv platform and assist with ongoing administration.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate platform issues, coordinate resolution, and provide end-to-end support for Archer Evolv capabilities.
• Technical Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for technical team responsibilities and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with the platform vendor on technical issues, escalations, and resolution tracking.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Archer Evolv administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Regulatory Change Management (ERCM) processes.
• Strong business requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Experience with workflow configuration and requirements documentation.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment aligned with PST hours.
